Quantity Discounts

Wholesale and volume discounts are available for most products. Please check each product for specific individual discounts. We also have discounts available for 50+, 100+ and 500+ quantities.

Resellers Tax:

All customers outside of California will not be charged any tax. Therefore, there is no need to fax or set up any reseller tax exemption form.

Corporate Credit

Special credit terms for our corporate clients. You can download a credit application form or you can call or email us and we will fax or email you the credit application. Upon its completion and receipt, we will inform you of its approval, at which point, Net 15 terms will be extended for your company. We do a lot of business with property management companies and various corporate and governmental agencies nationwide, chances are, we are already on your vendors or suppliers list. If we're not, call us and we will make arrangements to do so.

We are open Monday through Friday until Pacific Standard Time (PST) or minus 8 hours Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) for our international clients.
Our FAX ORDER line is open 24hr a day, and you can place your orders ONLINE anytime as well. All orders taken by our answering service, will be answered the next business day.

Warranty & Refunds

The Credits and Refunds Department is opened until 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

All the products we carry are brand new, unused merchandise. We do not carry, nor do we sell, any manufacturer refurbished, seconds, or blemished goods. All items carry the full manufacturer’s warranty in addition to our own warranty.

Warranty details for specific products are included in individual product page descriptions.

You may exchange your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase less shipping and handling fees. Defective items will be exchanged within the duration specified by the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Items deemed defective will be replaced with the exact same item. If the item is deemed to NOT be defective the shipping charges will not be refunded and a 25% re stocking fee will apply. If an item is ordered incorrectly, there will be no refund on shipping charges and there will be a 25% restocking fee.

Please call to contact us before returning any items, we will issue you a return authorization number and provide you with information on return shipping. Your return or exchange replacement item will be shipped after we have received and processed your returned merchandise.

We will not accept, nor will we be held responsible for, any returned items shipped without an assigned return number written visibly on the outside of the package.

All Circuit boards and logic receiver boards are NON REFUNDABLE.

Shipping

All items are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS). If UPS cannot deliver to the specified destination, we will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and NO tracking number or insurance is available. Tracking numbers for orders shipped via UPS are available after 4PM PST. Track your orders online.

Please Note: We will charge an additional $8.00 fee for incorrect addresses as deemed by UPS.
